Since 1997, Crown West Realty has developed approximately 1,000,000 square feet of high-bay distribution space, flex office and specialized service buildings. Currently, Crown West is working on a 500,000 SF project, the Euclid Logistics Center, which will consist of a total of four buildings, each approximately 125,000 SF. This project will feature the markets' only 36 foot clear, LEED-certified buildings.
