Euclid Logistics Center

Euclid Logistics Center – Construction is underway on the first phase of this 50-acre, multi-building redevelopment project located near the corner of 5^th Street and Euclid Avenue within the Spokane Business & Industrial Park (The Park). Plans call for the construction of four buildings totaling approximately 500,000 square feet which will transform the southeast corner of The Park into a state-of-the-art distribution and logistics center. The first phase is set to be completed in February 2020 and will consist of a 120,000 square foot concrete-tilt, LEED-certified building featuring 36-foot clear heights, cross-dock capacity, and 135-foot truck courts.
