Copper Canyon

Copper Canyon is a 260-acre development in Dayton, Nevada – strategically located between the State capital of Carson City and the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center (TRIC). In addition to millions of square feet of warehouse/ distribution/manufacturing space, TRIC also contains the large Tesla, Google and Switch facilities. Copper Canyon has entitlements for 585 residential lots, of which 98 have been sold to Lennar Homes. The development is immediately north of US Highway 50 which provides quick access to both Carson City and TRIC. The Dayton region offers a multitude of retail services, parks, golf, open space, and gaming amenities.
