Pinnacles

Pinnacles Subdivisions, Sparks, AZ - The Pinnacles project includes 79 partially-finished lots in Kiley Ranch, a higher-end, master-planned community comprised of 800 acres in the Spanish Springs Valley within Sparks. It was planned as a new urbanist community with entitlements for 4,436 housing units, 142 acres of business parks, and 123 acres of commercial development. Approximately 1,500 homes have been constructed in Kiley Ranch to date. A homebuilder purchased Unit 2, comprising 37 finished lots, and Unit 3, comprising 42 finished lots, via rolling option sales in 2013-2015. This property was sold in June of 2015.
