Wildflower (Formerly Pomegranate Farms)

Wildflower consists of 648 acres fronting Valencia Road and is located two miles west of the successful Star Valley master planned community in the western portion of the Tucson metro area. The project has entitlements for 2,600 residential units, 43 acres of commercial space, a school site and a seven-acre park. The project will feature over 188 acres of open space and numerous pocket parks and walking trails. Four home builders are active within adjacent developments in the fast-growing area.
