Wildcreek Estates consists of an entire subdivision of 54 partially-finished lots with sixty-five foot widths. The larger project saw three prior phases built-out and sold, and house prices peaked in 2006 at $350,000 - $380,000. Wildcreek has immediate access to McCarran Boulevard, a major east-west connector, and I-395 linking the neighborhood to the Reno and Sparks central business districts and I-80. It has built-out phases of detached single-family homes to its north and a built-out attached project and Wildcreek Golf Course to its east, across the entry road. Nearby retail includes WinCo Foods, Home Depot, and CVS.
