Scott M. Switzer

Director of Land – Phoenix Region

Mr. Switzer is the Director of Land for the Phoenix Region of Crown West Land Group, a division of Crown West Realty focused on residential and commercial land acquisition and development. He is responsible for all aspects of land development including directing management of construction and management of external construction managers for Crown West Land Group’s residential lots and infrastructure in the Phoenix Region.

Mr. Switzer has over 25 years of land development and construction experience. Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Switzer was a Manager for Field Operations at HilgartWilson, LLC where he oversaw the Construction Management Department. Previously he served as President of Schweitzer Development Corp. and Vice President of Land Acquisition at Lennar Communities Development, Inc. Mr. Switzer holds Engineering and Contractor Licenses in the State of Arizona.
