Gladden Farms

Master Planned Communities

Gladden Farms will be the largest master planned community in northern Tucson with numerous miles of trail systems, multiple parks, an award-winning school system, and over 45 acres of commercial land. Crown West will develop over $100 million in lots across this master planned community for national homebuilders including Lennar, Richmond American, KB Homes, Meritage Homes, and Pulte Homes. Additionally, over $10 million of backbone infrastructure has been completed with another $20 million remaining by the time the Community is complete.

Master Planned Communities

In 2020, Crown West completed 434 lots at a cost of $20 million for national homebuilders including Mattamy, Maracay Homes, KB Homes, Taylor Morrison, and Lennar. The southern phase of 193 lots is underway today at a cost of over $15 million with an expected completion in 2021. The final portion of the community will begin in early 2021 and when fully completed, Crown West will have developed over 1,000 lots costing more than $65 million, excluding the land value.

Borgata At San Tan Heights

Lot Development

In 2020, Crown West kicked off Phase one of this project with the construction of 193 lots for Shea Homes. Completion is anticipated for late 2021 at a cost of nearly $20 million, excluding the land value itself. Phase two of Borgata will consist of another 209 lots with construction expected to begin in early 2022.

Whispering Hills

Lot Development

In 2020, Crown West kicked off construction of 165 lots for Maracay Homes. Completion is expected in late 2021 at a cost of approximately $16 million, excluding the land value itself.

Peralta Canyon

Lot Development

In 2020, Crown West completed the sellout of 761 lots to six different homebuilders. Phase I was constructed between 2017-2018 and Phase II is expected to be completed in Spring of 2021.

Together, all project work is expected to cost over $35 million, exclusive of land value.
