Magma Ranch III

Magma Ranch III, Pinal County, AZ - Magma Ranch consists of a 3,715-unit master planned community in Pinal County, in the southeast portion of the Greater Phoenix market. Development at Magma Ranch commenced in 2005, with 411 houses built as of May 2013. The master planned community has well-kept common areas, including parks, trails and a new K-8 public school, which draws primarily from homeowners within the project. Access to the project continues to improve with the widening and expansion of the Hunt Highway offering access to the 202 Freeway. The 168 acre Phase III of Magma Ranch, which is planned for 672 residential lots, includes 336 45-foot wide lots and 336 55-foot wide lots, targeted at affordable product for first time homebuyers.
