Watermarke's 134 finished residential condominium lots within the Mountain’s Edge master planned community were purchased in 2015. The Mountain’s Edge master planned community has achieved great success with new home sales and ranked 5th in sales in 2014 amongst top-selling master planned communities in the United States. The lots are located in the Watermarke subdivision south of Blue Diamond Road which provides access to the 215 Beltway and Las Vegas Boulevard. This property was sold in 2017.
